You will need:
🧶30-40gr of 4ply 100% cotton yarn (or 50% cotton and 50% acrylic). You may need more if your crochet is loose or you will take a bigger hook. You can try following yarns:

🧶1.75 mm hook
🧶Hoop 30cm (or bigger if you will take a bigger hook or thicker yarn)

DTR – double treble crochet
FPSC – front post single crochet
FPTR – front post treble crochet
BPSC – back post SC

3TRtog – crochet 3 unfinished TR together
3FPTRtog – crochet 3 unfinished FPTR together
TR split – treble crochet split. You need to make FPTR, Ch1 and then to crochet a DC in the beginning of FPTR.
Puff ST - Yarn over and insert your hook into the specified stitch/space. Yarn over again and pull up a long loop. (Yarn over and insert your hook into the same stitch/space. Yarn over again and pull up a long loop) three more times. Yarn over and pull through all 9 loops on your hook.
Popcorn (6 TR) - (work this Popcorn using 2 ST)–3 TR in first ST, 3 TR in next ST, then drop the loop from the hook; insert hook in first TR of first group of 3 TR of the popcorn set, grab the dropped loop and pull it through.

Top of petal = unf. FPTR + next 5 unf. TR + unf. FPTR crochet together.
