2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Rava(semolina)
3 tbsp wheatflour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
rest in 10 mins
then add 1/2 cup milk
take Aluminum cooker with butter paper add some oil then pour into the batter.
on the stove with medium flame .
bake 35 mins medium low flame.
the perfect soft spongy semolina cake is ready...

👇தேவையான பொருட்கள்
2 முட்டை
1/2 கப். சர்க்கரை
1/3 கப் எண்ணெய்
1 tsp வெண்ணிலா எஸ்ஸென்ஸ்
1 கப் ரவை
3 tbsp கோதுமை மாவு
1 tsp பேக்கிங் பௌடர்
1/2 tsp பேக்கிங் சோடா
1/4 tsp உப்பு
10 நிமிடம் ஊற வைக்க வேண்டும்
பின்னர் 1/2 கப் பால் சேர்க்க வேண்டும்...
