If you freeze at the counter and don’t know what to say, this video gives you simple, polite sentences you can use right away. We practice the key line “I’d like to return this,” then build your answer with a clear reason like “It doesn’t work,” “It’s the wrong size,” or “It’s damaged.” You’ll also learn how to choose a refund or an exchange, how to answer common staff questions (receipt, when you bought it, opened or unused), and how to stay calm with short, confident replies. You’ll do repeat-after-me practice, quick speaking questions, a mini test, and a full role-play so you can speak smoothly in a real store.
