Numbers 4 is covered in this Sunday morning teaching session (02/08/2026) at Tyndale Bible Church. This chapter presents the responsibilities of the three Levite families regarding the Tabernacle and their individual census. The responsibilities of the Kohathites are discussed first, followed by those of the Gershonites, and then those of the Merarites. The end of the chapter presents the census of Levite males aged 30 to 50, who would be responsible for carrying out the duties outlined in this chapter. A prominent theme in this chapter is the need to understand and respect God's holiness.
