When teaching with the GAIA the students need to start at the same place as the teacher. In this video Berklee College Associate Professor and Berklee Online course author/instructor Loudon Stearns demonstrates configuring the synthesizer so that the students and the teacher can proceed together. This will be the standard starting point used in every lesson. Configuring this default setup is the first task of the teacher and student, and it reinforces the overall structure of the synthesizer.
