Описание: hello to everyone and anyone watching! 👋🏾 so a few weeks ago i did the chloe ting challenge, it was super hard ESPECIALLY given that i’m super unfit and hate exercise 😩 but i wanted to challenge myself and see if i could do the 2 week shred challenge!! 💪🏾

even though i didn’t do the exercises properly, had a couple of takeaways and skipped a couple of days because i was hungover/it was too hot, i think i did a pretty good job and hopefully you’ll see that the results reflect that 😌 (even though i’ve not worked out since and have put all the weight back on LOL 😬)
