Boater Runs Over our $10,000 FISH (Commercial Bluefin Tuna Fishing)

In the Summer of 2023 I went offshore with Captain Cam Faria and ‪@Fish-RI‬ to go commercial Bluefin Tuna Fishing in Cape Cod. A few weeks earlier Cam and I had witnessed an abundance of marine life in surprisingly shallow water during a commercial Sea Bass trip. Sure enough, there were 300-500lb class Bluefin Tuna in 60-70 feet of water in that exact same spot.

A few hours in we hooked up on our first Tuna, but 10 minutes into the fight it was apparent that another boat was in the distance who was not aware there was a tuna headed in his direction. What happened afterwards is one of the most adrenaline pumping fishing experiences I've ever had.
