This flow incorporates yoga balance poses, deep stretches and isometric holds to work on developing strength and tone in your lower body, targeting muscle groups around the hip flexors and rotators, hamstrings, quads and glutes.
Practice this daily 15 minute yoga workout as often as you like and notice the difference as you rapidly increase strength and tone.
