Even after 12 years of tricking, I still feel the same love, energy and freedom when I move.
But this year I really felt getting older... small injuries take a lot more time to heal, a good warm up ist the base of every session and without extra work out, there is no way to keep the level.
On the other hand I experienced and learned so much about my body and how to work together and not against him. Going from the right diet and nutrition to stretching and healing.
What I might have lost on freshness, I compensated with hard work and technique.
Everthing I learned through tricking, thought me in some ways about life as well and thats why I'm so happy to still be part of this sport and this awesome community world wide!
Big thanks to all my fellow tribesmen and women in Austria.
I hope you feel some of the freedom and love you gave to me the past 12 years, in this video!
And just to let you know, I'm not finished yet!!!
