For the longest time now, the story of the dragon ball super manga has gone towards the direction of goku becoming an angel with his ultra instinct, and Vegeta becoming a god of destruction. Only now however, has vegeta begun to learn the power of Hakai, and only in this story today will Goku finally meet Vegeta's strongest form, Hakaishin Vegeta.
