In this tutorial, How To Use An Upcut Saw for Cutting Aluminum Extrusions, I’ll share everything you need to get the job done right.
The heavy-duty Upcut Saws are designed for accurate, fast, and safe fabrication cutting aluminum extrusions. The saw blade remains inside a safety guard until the cut is made. Our up cut saws can be used used for both miter and straight cuts.

SPECIFIC FEATURES
Heavy-duty construction for long machine life.
Hydro-pneumatic saw blade feed.
The movable back fence enables us to cut bigger profiles both straight and miter cut.
When the cutting process is finished the saw blade moves down to its starting point automatically.
If the top guard is opened during the cutting process, the saw blade moves down automatically for safety reasons.
Fixed angle adjustments at 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°, and 90° via lock pin.
Intermediate angles are adjusted via a mechanical stop
