This video will show you how to edit data in PATGuard 3
1. Ensure you have the database open with the data in you need to edit
2. Select the ‘site’ and the assets will appear on the right hand side on the screen
3. You’ll notice above the assets you have several tabs, ‘ASSET ID/Description ETC’
4. To show more options, ‘RIGHT CLICK’ on the tab and select the options from the dropdown
5. To search for a specific asset, you can use the ’FIND’ button and enter the ASSET ID
6. To open an asset, double click it and an asset window will appear.
7. From here you can edit the ‘ASSET ID/Description, select an ‘ASSET GROUP ETC or change the test period for both the ‘FULL TEST or ‘VISUAL’
8. Once you’ve made the changes, press ‘OK’ to save these
Export data from PATGuard 3 to CSV
1. Select the SITE/LOCATION you require to export
2. From the ‘DATA TRANSFER’ tab select ‘Export to CSV’
3. A box will appear, select the location you want to save it to and name the file
4. SELECT ‘OK’ to save the file
