I wanted to create an easy & customizable reversible border for afghans. No right side or wrong sides here.
Border 1:
When starting my afghan I wanted a 3” border approx. I did 1 row dc, and 4 rows dc blo to create the first border beginning the afghan.
Body of afghan is the pattern used. With a start of stkd sc, dc blo in next 8 sts, dc in the beginning of each row.
The ending of the row in the last 10 sts will be dc, dc blo in next 8 sts, dc in last stitch.
Start and finish each row the same and just continue with the body of the afghan pattern as directed ( skipping the first chain as it wont be necessary)
