Pomfret er Harogouri
Take 5 piece of Pomfret fish. Fry it with salt and turmeric powder. Now make a fine paste of black mustard and 8 Chillis. Now take a kadai. Add mustard oil into it make it warm and add onion paste of 1 tablespoon. For seasoning add kalanji. Now fry the paste of onion and Now add the mustard paste into it and make a boil to reduce the water of it. Now add the one side of the fried fish and cover with a lid for 2 mins. Now collect all.
Now make a tamarind pulp with water and add 2 teaspoon of powdered sugar into it.
Now take the same kadai after washing it. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard oil and add panchforon for seasoning. Add the pulp of tamarind and add 1 teaspoon of cumin powder coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Now make a boil and add the another side of the fish into it.
Cover with a lid for 2 mins. Now collect it as before. Now serve it with the cooked tamarind juice in one side and the mustard paste on another side.
