ASAPScience released a video called "This Much Will Kill You" stating that eating 1 - 2 ground cherry pits will kill you, but the problem is: their science is wrong. I called the Poison Control Centre and was told I needed to start worrying at about 10 ground, fresh cherry pits. My goal is to get ASAPScience to issue a retraction for their incorrect statement and faulty fact. Tweet this video at them to get them to issue a formal retraction: / asapscience .

Yes, the dosage is at least 10 cherry pits (more likely 20 or more) for the average adult to die from eating ground cherry pits, stones or kernels (or cherry seeds, if you don't realize they are actually called pits or stones :).
