In this solo overland camping adventure, I head into the Payette National Forest where I stumble on a several Yurts used for winter back country skiing. I disperse camp along the bank of the Secesh River and enjoy a late summer rain storm. The next day I follow the South Fork of the Salmon River where I find a forgotten grave and several memorials. I also enjoy a dip in a majestic natural Hot Spring overlooking the Salmon River.
