"Dynamite" roll:
Spicy tuna, avocado and cream cheese on the inside, then fried, then topped with baked crab meat, scallop and eel sauce.

"Black Dragon" roll:
Shrimp tempura and cucumber on the inside, topped with avocado, eel and eel sauce.

"Fire Phoenix" roll:
Shrimp tempura and cream cheese on the inside, topped with salmon and white tuna then torched with mayo eel sauce crunch.

"Dragon" roll:
Eel and cucumber on the inside, topped with avocado and eel sauce.

"Angel Hair" roll:
Shrimp tempura and apple on the inside, topped with crab, avocado, crunch, masago and scallions in a spicy mayo eel sauce.
