Описание: In 1966, the Austrian pianist Joe Zawinul wrote this tune (Mercy-Mercy) and it became one of the greatest jazz hits ever, after it was recorded live by the Cannonball Adderly Quintet. Now, the 16 year-old Jakob Manz (alto sax) was playing it with Professor Wolfgang Schmid's student's group from the HDMK in Stuttgart. The musicians are: Jakob Manz (alto sax), Roman Spilek (guit), Stefan Bourtmes (keys), Steffen Fritz (drums), Holger Bihr (perc), and Wolfgang Schmid (bass). I recorded it on May 3, 2018 in Stuttgart, Germany (Haus der Geschichte) with my iPhone 7. Enjoy watching the marvellous interaction between the bandleader and the young talent!
