The Wiener Riesenrad is a famous and historic giant Ferris Wheel that originally opened at the Prater city park in Vienna, Austria in 1897. It burned down in1944 but was rebuilt and three years later it was back up and running. Over the years it has been well-maintained and occasionally updated to provide some unique fun and scenic views for those visiting Austria's capital city. Video includes general footage of this amazing wheel as well as POV footage with various shots of the roller coasters and general sights of the Prater at night. Filmed in 2005 on the European Coaster Club Rhapsody Trip.
