Our beautiful Helio Courier is for sale. Powered by a 340HP Rinaldo Piaggio Lycomming GSO-480, driving a 3-blade Hartzell propeller. A light utility transport developed from a civilian design first tested in 1949. Its short takeoff and landing (STOL) capability allowed it to operate from a clearing the size of a football field, and its ability to fly slowly at speeds of approximately 25-35mph.
Our variant is equipped with a super-charger, not only giving it an extra 40hp compared to the original Super Courier but also improving its hot and high performance.
