Simplified AML Checks: To ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, you and any parties listed in your application will only need to complete an AML check once every 12 months. If you add a new party to your application within the 12-month period, they will need to complete their AML check at that stage. However, the system will recognise if your AML check is still valid, reducing unnecessary duplication.
