Jointly sponsored by The Medicines Management Team and Let’s Make Lemonade , this recording is the second live webinar in the CQC Safe Series - a programme of sessions running throughout 2026 and focused on the CQC Key Question Safe .
This session focuses on the Safe systems, pathways and transitions Quality Statement and explores how safety and continuity of care are managed across systems, particularly when people move between services.
It follows the first live session in the series, which explored the Learning Culture Quality Statement , and builds on the pre-recorded Introduction to the CQC overview of the assessment framework.
The series has a particular focus on GP practices and PCNs , but is open to anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of how the CQC approaches the Safe Key Question in practice.
