Описание: CMS Laser's high-speed pharmaceutical tablet drilling systems are capable of speeds up to 140,000 tablets per hour for bi-layer, bi-color tablets and LCTs. As pioneers of on-the-fly technology, our closed-loop feedback active tracking of tablets results in better orifice quality over a range of orifice sizes. Standard orifice sizes range from 0.2mm to 2.0mm. Orifice size is programmable and can handle tablets up to 13mm in diameter. Our dual vision inspection system verifies aperture accuracy.

The option to add an anti-counterfeit marking in the semi permeable membrane during the drill process is available. Our bowl feeder and transport system results in smoother transitions, reduced tablet breakage, and increased yield. Tablet size changeover typically takes less than 45 minutes.

Systems are available for single or dual-sided drilling of round, oval, and LCTs. Custom R&D systems are available.
