In this video I take a look at what can be done to fix a dim / non working LCD backlight on the AKAI S3000XL Sampler.
The original backlight in these machines will wear out over time, thankfully there's a modern solution to return these samplers back to full working condition again!
These are readily available on ebay from retroillumination (as of the time this video was posted).
