In this video, I'll go through Barry Cox's self-published book (How the American Public Can Dismantle the IRS) which combines Mormon doctrine with sovereign citizen philosophy and conspiracy theories, to explain how Barry's views have influenced Lori's speech, thinking, legal decisions, and even choice of (fifth) husband.
