Probably heard of a variety of stereotypes in the manufacturing industry doing the same task over and over all day long. That's not what bison is we make things basketball rims, backboards support structures, volleyball pole systems, soccer systems, new small parts there's always something new to do here. When I came here I didn't really have any experience they really did a great job of training me they took me step by step and didn't leave me on my own until you know I was comfortable. We'll gladly take in people with little to no experience and take the time and effort to train them and move them up throughout the company. I didn't uh paint before bison when I compare and bison I have painting I like it. We can pretty much guarantee you know 40 hours a week plus they see your product from start to finish. I love it so much that I even had my son get a job here and we've worked together forever. I stay here long time. I love it here feels like home to me.
