The Snipping Tool is a screen capture utility that is included with the Microsoft Windows operating system. It now allows you record any area on your screen as a video, and then save it as needed.

To use the Snipping Tool to record your screen:

Open the Snipping Tool by searching for it in the Start menu or by typing "snipping tool" into the search bar.
