The estate is mostly a residential neighborhood for high income earners and they are offices within the estate one of which is the Lagos state judiciary complex located within the estate.
Osborne 2 is a serene and heavily guarded community with round the clock security. Non residents are not allowed into the estate until they are cleared at the gate by their host which means you must know someone living inside the estate before gaining entrance.
Presently there is still a lot of developments ongoing in the estate as new buildings are been built and there are still under develop plots of land within the estate. Most houses in the estate are predominantly duplexes and also serviced apartments.
Osborne 2 is a very safe place to live and the estate has a central management authority.
