This is 18th Floor Partners LLC pumping Sludge not just water onto Hopper St. in Utica, NY. I have reported it to Codes enforcement with no action taken. Same with the Police even though doing this in freezing temps.This puts a large amount of people at risk by causing Ice. That does not include all the POOP getting attached to cars driving through it.
The 18th Floor Partners LLC workers moved the hose into the backyard now sludge throughout the backyard as well as lot area next door. Come Spring going to be a smelly block.
City officials seem to only care for the LLC and its other muti llcs own 53 properties in Utica NY and that is a lot of property tax income.
Question is if City will not do anything will DEC?
Give Codes the $7,000 he is asking for it will make it's own return and added safety for all of Utica,
