✅ Schedule a home appraisal:
The purchase contract depends on whether the home appraisal comes in at or above the agreed upon price. If the appraisal comes back BELOW, you'll have to go back to the negotiating table.

✅ Request the property survey:
This gives everyone a complete understanding of the property lines & boundaries. When you buy a house, you also buy the lot it sits on!

✅ Verify the title:
This verifies that the sellers can actually sell you the property + there are no "surprises" that could impact your ownership of the home. Luckily, the title company does this for you once it's requested.
