Permit Pete here! You can easily protect your home, your family, and your future with me: an ESA electrical permit. What I do is make sure any home electrical work meets the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, which reduces the risk of shock, fire, and other hazards.
I’m also handy for things like home resale, and I’m pretty popular with the folks in the insurance companies. They love paperwork, ya know? I’m affordable, quick, and easy to obtain. And it’s even easier when a Licensed Electrical Contractor (LEC) does your electrical work, ‘cause they bring me in as part of their job.
As I like to say: for Pete's sake, get a permit!
P.S. and FYI: Electrical permits are different from building permits. Your work may require both. Building permits are great too, but they’re not nearly as animated as I am!
