Step 1: pro scooter bars - now for bars i would recommend any type of aluminum scooter bars for the cheapest alternative but, if you are already riding HIC or SCS i would recommend going with titanium scooter bars.

Step 2: pro scooter decks - for the deck i would recommend finding a deck that you like more than going for a scooter deck that is the lightest thing in the world. but if you want the lightest scooter deck in the world, go with the ethic pandemonium

Step 3: Clamps and compression - so for this step we will talk about compression. HIC and IHC and ICS, ICS is the worst because it is hard to work with but it is super light and ethic has the best ICS kit. HIC is a great compression because it is light and you can still have the strength of a standard fork. IHC is going to be the easiest and the most common compression form a great price.

Step 4: forks - forks and compression are similar but not the same, if i was going to go with the lightest set up, use a ethic marrow fork or aztec fork with Oversized Titanium bars and ride HIC. for the cheapest way buy a IHC fork and buy some aluminum scooter bars by Fuzion Pro Scooters or Envy scooters or Ethic scooters.

Step 5: wheels - now for wheels if you are trying to buy the lightest wheels buy 110mm scooter wheels. they are lighter than 120mm hollow core wheels. for 110mm hollow core wheels i would recommend either a lucky hollow core wheels because it is so light, or a root industries honey core wheel. now 120mm wheels are fast than 110mm wheels so there is that but they are heavier so if you are trying to make your scooter lighter and you have 120mm scooter wheels on your scooter, get 110mm scooter wheels and your custom scooter will be even lighter.
