Описание: A 4 night, 5 day, 25 mile, high elevation backpacking journey to 3 different alpine lakes inside the Pecos Wilderness. Located in the Santa Fe National Forest and east of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The lakes featured in this video contain some nice size lake trout and brook trout. One of my friends caught a small one out of a small stream that runs along the Horsethief Meadow. This hike is very strenuous. I recommend car camping the 1st night at Panchuela campground or Jacks Creek campground to help aclimate yourself to the high altitude.
