Cabbage 250 grams and chopped it.
Potato 1 medium size and cut it like small cube size.
Tomato 1, cut into small pieces
White oil 3 tsp
Some peas, you can use storage green peas also.
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Red chili 1, broken into two pieces
Panch foron very little (it is mixed of five types Indian spices)
Bay leaves 1
Ghee ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Chili Powder ½ tsp
Ginger paste ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds paste ¼ tsp
