Описание: When employees show no common sense and complete lack of care for you and your property they often do damage your things. It is my experience that the damage comes in many forms like scratches to your walls floors cars…often unseen or initially noticed. If you have told an employee more than once that he will be let go if he/she doesn’t do better said employee may become resentful and purposely abuse your personals. Lack of character is the the trait of one that ignores the request of the one paying the pay check and continues to do a lousy job. Honest mistakes can be overlooked but pure stupidity and lack of care should not be.
