We wrap up our exploration of AI3 by looking at its two important aspects:

1. how it made humans into a collective entity
2. how this intersubjective artificial intelligence continued to evolve after the cognitive revolution with the creation of inorganic mediums that held shared views

It is important to consider how AI3 changed who we are as a species. The human was no longer an individual, and humanity was no longer the sum total of all of the individuals within it. So who did we become?

Shared stories not only brought forth a collective intelligence, but also a collective entity which has a collective consciousness that perceives and feels in ways that no individual can. Though the individuals within that collective are not able to perceive it, they nonetheless are controlled by this entity as it gets large numbers of people to think and feel the same things.

At first, this happened through organic beings sharing views orally. However, the speed and scale at which views could be shared was constrained by human-to-human communication. With the advent of inorganic mediums like clay tablets or money that could host shared fictions, collaboration was able to happen at a much larger scale and speed. As this occurred, our collective intelligence once again skyrocketed, as did our collective delusion and destruction.
