So this morning CyanogenMod 12 (CM12) finally came out for the Google Nexus 6, and I'm super excited about it! I backed up my phone, finally installed custom recovery (I rooted using CF Auto Root, which doesn't put Custom Recovery on your device), installed CyanogenMod 12 on my Nexus 6, and configured it the way I like to.

Use Flashify (if you are rooted), use Fastboot if you're not rooted. Your bootloader WILL NEED to be Unlocked!
