Recently, former President Olusegun Obasanjo, in a letter to elder statesman and Leader of the Pan-Niger Delta Forum, Chief Edwin Clark, insisting that the oil found in the region and other minerals located in different parts of the country belonged to the federal government.
Victor Attah also spoke on power rotation in Nigeria.
