Developed & demonstrated the effectiveness of lifesaving drugs clofarabine (Clolar) for ALL, decitabine (Dacogen) for MDS, liposomal vincristine for ALL, and ruxolitinib for Myelofibrosis that received US FDA approval.
Developed & demonstrated the targeted efficacy of imatinib, dasatinib, nilotinib, ponatinib, bosutinib, and omacetaxine for CML that received US FDA approval.
Developed hyper-CVAD treatment regimen for ALL that improved cure rates from 20% to 60%.
