This is a 1CC of NARC on the hardest difficulty setting, 10/10 or Extra Extra Hard. All other settings were set as default. Enemies become much more difficult on this setting. Bullets and hypo needles move faster, pimps throw a ridiculous amount of dynamite, and Dogs, Kinky Pinkies and Dumpster Men all move much faster. If any of those 3 enemies are on screen you lose control over any situation.
Played in Mame on a Qanba Q2, no savestates or cheats were used.
