This is part 2 of Daniel McGough's ("Danny Magoo" as we affectionately refer to him) preliminary examination. A so-called "sovereign citizen", Magoo has been laughed out of Judge Simpson's courtroom for the better part of a year. He picked up a felony case along with a slew of new charges, and we now get to hear from another police officer along with bodycam footage of his arrest. Initially pulled over for speeding, Magoo immediately refused to comply with even basic orders, such as identifying himself.
