Russian Drones Shut Key Kyiv Bridges Triggering Massive Traffic Chaos

Описание: Russian drones struck Kyiv’s Southern (Pivdennyi) Bridge multiple times on Oct 1–2, damaging supports and the roadway.

Authorities fully closed the bridge to cars and metro, and restricted the Paton and Metro bridges.

Result: massive gridlock across the capital. Long traffic jams, people walking between the left and right banks, and disrupted public transport.

Mayor Vitali Klitschko said the strikes are “tearing Kyiv apart.”
