Potatoes – 6 to 7 (medium-sized)
Salt – as required
Everest Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp (for coating & gravy)
Mustard oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
For the Paneer Stuffing
Paneer – ½ cup (grated)
Cashew nuts – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
Everest Kitchen King Masala – 1 tsp
For the Gravy
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Dry red chilies – 1–2
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Cumin paste – ½ tsp
Tomato puree – ½ cup
Salt – to taste
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Everest Kitchen King Masala – 1 tsp
Cashew paste – ½ cup
Curd (whisked) – ¼ cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Water – as required
