I tried the one from The Signal Works, but the faces on that one wouldn't appear at all. I think it's because it's an SP5 issue with Trainz 2019 on Steam.)
Timothy model from me. I was close to using the one from Brendam Bay 3D, but I thought "Nah, I wanted to keep using my own version. I didn't bring Timothy (especially my version) back onto my channel after that long hiatus for nothing."

Before anybody asks about the engines that you'll see on the flatbed trailers, NO, they are NOT modified. My process is easier than you probably think. All I did was put the flatbed in place and lay an invisible track at just the right height above the one that the flatbed is sitting on. Then the engine is placed on the invisible track, so that it LOOKS like the engine is on the flatbed.
