It took me 3 weeks to finally bring myself to the beach alone. I almost didn’t go because I was scared of being seen alone and getting judged (something I’ve developed over the past few years). But I ended up going anyway because I had 0 excuses. The weather was too good, and it was the last day I could have some me-time before I get busy and fly off.
