In this video we’ll be talking about:

The importance of balance, how it changes in our aging pets, and why helping our pets maintain balance is important when they’re confined for long periods of time.

You’ll learn about exercises that help build proprioception, muscle control, and core muscle strength.

We’ll look at different household objects that can be used to help your pet maintain and build core strength and balance. The video of the day demonstrates the “weight shifting from side to side” exercise.
