The Re-order paragraphs question type in the Reading section of the PTE exam tests your ability to understand the structure and organisation of an academic text.
In this question you will be presented with a passage whose paragraphs have been arranged in the wrong order. You have to put the paragraphs in the right order so that they make sense together.
There are 2-3 questions of this type in the exam. You will receive a point for each pair of paragraphs that you put in the correct order. Always make sure that every paragraphs is arranged such that it links well with the paragraph before it and after it. Begin the question with finding the first paragraph which is usually a paragraph that can stand on its own as an independent statement.
