This is my Personal revue of the float plus arc. I received the float tube at Beginning of June 2025, The time of giving this review is 18th November 2025.
I have spent a good amount of time out on the water chucking lures, so I feel that I can give you my thoughts on the Float Plus ARc.
I have had a few float tubes over the 5 years I’ve been using a float tube to fish on, and they have all been great with there own differences.
The reason for wanting the float plus arc was its massive buoyancy of 350 KG,
The reason I wanted this buoyancy, was to take my 100kg persanal body weight and heavy battery packs to run the 3 float plus motors to help me combat the flow of the rivers up the back waters to the weirs of the Thames, where I like to fish for pike.
What I liked about the float plus when I first took it out of the box was the tough carbon Finnish it had. The weight of the ARC is heavier that the other float tubes I had but it still felt light for the size it is.
The ARC float tube came with a float tube repair kit and 2 good size standard twin zipper fishing tackle storage bags that are Firmly held down with good quality Velcro strips. and in the bags were 2 D ring carbon fiber glue on accessories.

When I pumped it up I didn’t use the simple type round floor foot pump that came with the Arc, I used the pump that came with the Float plus 1.
But I have just recently purchased a rechargeable electric pump that makes life so much more easier when pumping up the float tube.
I couldn’t help thinking about the size of the two main tubes, they were massive compared to the float plus 1 and the savage gear float tubes I previously used. But that’s why the arc has a buoyancy of 350 kg.

The ARC has 6 air chambers, 4 on the main body of the tube and 2 that makes up the seat, and too me to have 6 air chamber was a great safety feature on this tube.
The seat could be moved back and forwards to fine tune the weight distribution between the body weight and the weight that’s in the back of the float tube.
This helps to keep the float tube level and to help the tube move smoothly as possible through the water.
I liked the position of the cable entry hole that is on the left that allowed the cable from the motors to the battery pack connection. This entry hole has been in the middle on all the other float tubs I have.

Float Plus have fitted 5 really strong handles the tube one at the front, two at the back inside of the big main tubes to help maneuver the float tube about
Also two at the middle to allow the tube to be completely lifted off the ground and carried down to the water for launching.

Out on the water.
I just recently used the float plus ARc without the motors on a small lake in Oxford,
I just using the fins to propel the float tube along in the water. And despite the large size of the float plus Arc, I found it really glided along in the water with ease, and the maneuverability was effortless.
I love to chuck lures around the turbulent white water of the weir pools, and the float plus Arc handles this type of turbulent water situation very well and I've never had any fears of the float tube flipping.

I do have 1 small negative. The seat is a perfect fit between the 2 main tubes and it has annoying squeak when I lean back on the seat. I could hear the annoying squeak on the GoPro footage.
But I have solved this small negative problem by pushing a microfiber cloth between the seat and the two main tubes solving this annoying problem.

So this is my Personal experiences with the float plus Arc and love it every time I’m out on the water fishing.
