Michael Jackson's posthumous album "Michael" is released in Britain on Monday (December 13) and like his controversial life, the record seems to not be without criticism.
"Michael" is the first album of new Jackson material since his disappointing "Invincible" in 2001, and the first in a 250 million USD deal between Sony and the executors of Jackson's estate to release ten albums of new material through 2017.
The album was started by the King of Pop in 2007 but he would not live to finish it. A handful of producers have stepped in to save the album including Tricky Stewart and R&B singer/producer Akon.
Another producer, Teddy Riley, said because Jackson recorded songs that were not intended to be the final version, some nifty audio tools such as computer programme Melodyne which changes the pitch, had to be used.
