Bushiroad held an emergency press conference in Tokyo on the 21st regarding their live event "Bushiroad 15th Anniversary Live in Belluna Dome" to be held at Saitama's Belluna Dome on November 13th. At the conference, it was officially announced that voice actress Suzuko Mimori, who had been on maternity leave since giving birth to her first child in August, will be performing with Starlight Kukugumi and Milky Holmes.

Mimori made her first public appearance since childbirth at the conference and began with a cheerful greeting of "I'm well!" She had been interacting with fans through her blog and social media but had refrained from participating in live performances or events after giving birth. The press conference was live-streamed on YouTube where she enthusiastically stated that this performance marks her "comeback."

Furthermore, Bushiroad previously implemented voluntary restraint from vocal cheering (shouting) during their events due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, they have announced that for this 15th anniversary event, they will allow audiences to cheer with masks on thanks to cooperation from related parties.

Given recent trends in COVID-19 infection rates and considering an expected capacity limit of below 50% by the day of their anniversary concert, Bushiroad has decided to proceed with vocal cheering allowed under mask-wearing protocols by reaching an understanding through discussions with community stakeholders including Seibu Lions Co., Ltd., which operates the Belluna Dome venue, as well as Saitama Prefecture where the dome is located.
